This cartoon was drawn by Cameron Cardow. In the cartoon Cardow is ridiculing Herman Cain through his drawing of a news caster saying that he found a woman who had worked for Cain and not had an affair with him which implies that Cain had an affair with every woman he worked with. Clearly, this cartoon is centered around the various different affair and sexual assault scandals that followed Cain through his campaign and, as can be inferred from the negative light the cartoon sheds on Cain and the emphasis it places on his affairs, I don't believe that  the author is a fan of Cain.
